Ratliss Road. Parcel number: 304-04-044D.  According to the Assessor, the 2017 taxes of 296.76 have not been paid. The total past due tax amount is approx. $305.00 as of 5-31-2018. The parcel is zoned RU4 and is a buildable lot. The lot is near San Simon, Willcox and Benson. The picture below is of the general area, NOT of this particular parcel. The assessed FCV for the parcel is $12,603.

Any bidder who does not complete the sale within 14 days from the end of the auction will be considered in default. As the Seller, we have the right to proceed with the next highest bidder and the default bidder may be held responsible for the difference in the bids or the entire amount of their bid, should the second highest bidder not accept their option to purchase the item. This is authorized and enforceable by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
