Ratliss Road. Parcel number: 304-04-044D.  According to the Assessor, the 2017 taxes of 296.76 have not been paid. The total past due tax amount is approx. $305.00 as of 5-31-2018. The parcel is zoned RU4 and is a buildable lot. The lot is near San Simon, Willcox and Benson. The picture below is of the general area, NOT of this particular parcel. The assessed FCV for the parcel is $12,603.
